It was reported in numerous Chinese websites today that Yao Ming will fly back to China so as

  • to be with Ron Artest to visit the paralyzed volleyball nation team player, Tang Miao 汤淼 in Hangzhou

  • to have dinner with Ron Artest when he visits Shanghai

  • to be in Tianjian to rave and support his national team team mates in the Asian Championship
He needs not do all these........

And given his current plight, personally don't think it is good for him to travel loing haul.


Raymond, why don't you travel to Tianjian and slap Yao silly for everyone here. Does it know his career depends on how well he heals from this injury to risk running around doing all that?

Let's meet the new artist that Ron Artest signed up in China !!! Shocked



This is Gao Xinxin (or Shin Shin) .....She is a 1/2 Chinese and 1/2 Korean, born in Harbin. Her grand-father had Russian and Arab blood. So she looks quite extra-ordinary as a Chinese.

She is a singer at one of the clubs in Beijing. and when Ron Artest was in Beijing, they got to know each other; Ron Artest likes the way she sings and raps, and wanted to sign her up as an artisit for his music company.

So she then accompanied Ron Artest on his China roadshow.

The above photo was taken at the Victoria Peak of Hong Kong.

Ron Artest had been busy writing songs about China: he had done 3 songs so far: Loving In Beijing, Peak, and Beautiful China. And he plans to produce an album comprised of 8 ~ 10 songs about China when he is back into USA.

Shin Shin told the reporters in Zhuzhou Hunan that after the China roadshow, she will take a trip to South Korea, and Ron Artest will travel with her to there too. After that she will accompany Ron Artest back to USA.

Well, when asked about their relationship, Ron Artest said they are just friends in real life but lovers in their duet "(Loving in) Beijing". Laughing
