The 2020-21 CBA season just started. It seems this year, nearly every team does NOT have foreign import players. CBA teams playing just domestic players now. Perhaps why Lin wasn't re-signed with Ducks?
Also, Wang Zhizhi's Bayi Rockets team folded.

Lin has no interest staying in CBA for another season. His career has been seriously ruined with it. All his stats are awfully shrinking. So he MUST get out of it.

The Jeremy Lin guy is not up to par with CBA standards. There are so many PG in the CBA that are way better.

On the court it may be true, but off the court nobody is more influential than Lin. He was basically the whole spotlight last season and generated tons of buzz more than any other players. If he's gone, there's no reason to pay attention to CBA anymore.
