Well....IGNORE HIM. He is an IDIOT. THAT'S ALL !!!
Wang Zhizhi is 36 years old, and had been voted in for 13 times CBA All Stars, out of which 7 to 8 of them, he was voted in as the All Star with the most fans' votes.
Wang Zhizhi is EXTREMELY POPULAR in China PARTICULARLY right after Yao Ming retired from the China national team after the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He was viewed as the one that saved the national team to win the 2011 Asian Championship to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics. He is viewed as the backbone of the national team, and the national hero of the country.
Dr. Moranus thought Wang Zhelin is ******* to lose out to the 36-year-old Wang Zhizhi in the CBA All Stars fans' voting, which is just a popularity contest.
All I could say is BIG FCVKING DEAL..... IDIOT !!!
Wang Zhelin is only 19 years old and this is ONLY his rookie season. YEAH, there are still flaws and holes in his game, and he has alot of room for improvement.
BUT SKY IS HIS LIMIT if he continues working hard and improving. After all, no Chinese players, not even Mengke Bateer, Wang Zhizhi, Yao Ming or Yi Jianlian had played as great as Wang Zhelin in their respective rookie year.
Beside the FACT that Wang Zhelin led the voting for the 3rd, 4th and 5th week was ALREADY A TRUE MANIFEST that he is getting popular, and Chinese basketball fans like him and the potential he shows.

Did you mean that the 19 year old Wang is "plateaued"? Would you be willing to put down some cash where you fingertips are? How about just $100? I say Wang will continue to improve ...

HOW can GENUINE basketball fans NOT EXCITED at the emergence of the MOST talented offensive centre with VAST POTENTIAL in CBA since his predecessors like Wang Zhizhi, Yao Ming and Yi Jianlian???pryuen wrote:
The rookie season of Wang Zhelin had been unbelievably fantastic and outstanding for the young 19-year-old.
He played in all 32 games, and started for 28 games, averaging 32.8 minutes per game.
He scored double digits in all of his 32 games; he only had 6 games that he failed to grab double-digits rebounds. He had 26 double-double, 18 of them were 20/10s. Out of those 18 20/10s, 2 of them were 20/20s.
He averaged 20/10, with 20.3 ppg and 12.9 rpg. He was ranked 4th in total rebounds, and 6th in rebounds per game in the league with all expatriate players included, and was 2nd in rebounds grabbed of all Chinese players behind Li Xiaoxu (13 rpg) .
Scoring wise, his 20.3 ppg put him 30th with all expatriate players included, but joint 4th with Zhang Nan (20.3 ppg) amongst all Chinese players just behind 3 more experienced and established Chinese national team players: Yi Jianlian (25.9 ppg), Liu Wei (21.3 ppg), Wang Zhizhi (20.8 ppg).
He averaged 53% FG% and 63% FT%, 1.3 assists per game, 1.1 steal per game, 0.9 block shots per game, 2.9 turnovers per game and 2.8 fouls per game.
Barring any accident, Wang Zhelin should win the Rookie of the Year Award of the league for this season.

how can anyone not come to grips with the fact that
- ZZW's laziness and cowardice were the reasons for his lack of success in the NBA
- Plateaued Sun did not have NBA-level skills to compete against NBAers,
had no business being in the NBA
what possess a self-proclaimed "die-hard" YaoMing fan to insult BIG YAO by lowering him to the level of - the lazy / coward ZZW,
- the low BB-IQ / inconsistent Yi and
- the lumbering 2.0
PRY, you're not a true Yao fan

All the fans that voted for him will be BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED.
