5/8 from the line (62%), this is very rare for Yao.
Yao had an ok game tonight, could've done better though. Was hoping he'd reach 20ppg but at least the rockets won and Yao can rest up for the next big game.

6:43 HOU - D. Mutombo enters game for Y. Ming 6:43 HOU - Shooting foul on Y. Ming 6:56 HOU - Y. Ming hits the second free throw 6:56 HOU - Y. Ming misses the first free throw 6:56 CHA - Shooting foul on V. Radmanovic
WHEN was the last time Big Yao missed consecutively 3 free throws???
Must be too tired for him as he had played the full 3Q, and logged 36 minutes of play. Anyway, that's it for him for the night.
The whole Toyota Centre was roaring when Yao retreated from the court, and replaced by Uncle Mutombo !!!
83 vs 63.....the W should be in the bag !!!

Dont you mean the whole crowd was cheering for Mutumbo when he came on and not when Yao went off?

Good win by the rockets. Took care of a bad team. Now the real test starts with the Blazers and Cavs coming up. It'll be nice if they can win both.

The workaholic Big Yao came early to Toyota Centre to practice his shooting and footwork, and also found time to chat amicably with ex-Rockets team mate, Juwan Howard.
