so the game was a snooze-fest. Tmac back to his old ways of launching bricks, I liked the fact that he posted up on many occasions and was somewhat successful. Yao Ming was so-so, made his $ at the line but still not back 100%...couldn't establish position against a scrub rookie like Marc Gasol. Ron Artest just brought a new dimension to the team, he took the rock to the hole and overall was pretty good.

That lucky shot of Big Yao. Even he himself admitted afterwards.......he thought it was a shot of a lifetime, as he won't be able to make such shots in normal situation.

Yao should have used his power to dunk the ball.

Not when his right arm got tangled with Gasol's.

I am really disappointed at the 1st game. I do not think it is a champion caliber team. The win is very ugly. Offense looks awful. I do not know what the coach's plan is. The deep bench looks shallow. Not a whole lot of help from them. When Yao is out for rest, Chuck Hay and others can not defend the other big guy in the center. Again, they only look better on paper. If Yao is playing like this night in and night out, he is going to end up with another injury somewhere, sometime.
