8 game winning streak, including a sweep of their 5-game road trip with wins over the Suns, Lakers and Clippers. And KD didn't even play in most of those games.

They will be in the Finals this yr I guess, but they can't beat the Lakers when AD is back I guess.

Why can't they beat the Lakers when AD is back?

Nets haven't been to the Conf. finals for almost 20 yrs. Although they collect a new Big 3, this team is no better than OKC of 2012, which failed short in the Finals competing with Lebron's Heats. Nets only played in the Finals twice 20 yrs ago. They still need some time to get back to that level. So no, not this yr. Maybe next yr.
And very likely they could have been stopped by 76ers or Bucks from the East already.

I told you that if you don't want to be called stupid, you should stop saying stupid stuff.
Why do you think they are no better than OKC of 2012? Why do you think the Nets' last 20 years has any influence on what this current team can do? Have you watched them at all? They are already much better than those finals teams. They are on an 8 game winning streak with wins against some of the best teams in the league (Suns, Lakers, Clippers)...and they did that WITHOUT Durant for 7 of those games. They've already beaten the Bucks (without Irving).
Nets right now are the best team in the NBA.

You are a Nets' fan but you can't force everyone else to be their fans too. Yes, Nets is making huge improvement than last yr, since KD and Irving are recovered from injuries and Harden joined them. But like I said, they haven't been back to the Finals for 20 yrs, and they are gonna face Lebron, AD and the Lakers Dynasty even if they were there. In 2011 when Lebron and Bosh joined Heats, they didn't instantly win championship either.
76ers and Nets are both hungry for success this yr, but I bet more on 76ers.

Not forcing you to be a Nets fan at all. But there is no denying that the Nets are currently playing better than anyone else in the NBA even without Durant, and the idea that they can't beat the Lakers is at a minimum highly debatable. The history of these franchises have nothing to do with how these teams are playing.

Of course you need to review the past to make future predictions. Nets is stopped at the Conference Semifinals since 2004, 17 yrs. And they haven't never won a title in the 55 yrs of franchise history. You hope this yr they are gonna make history? It's very unlikely to happen.
You see NY Knicks is also rising this season, your neighbor. Nets needs to compete with them and 76ers first.

You have to look at the relevant past, not just the past. The Nets of the last 20 years have nothing to do with the current Nets. Different owner, different general manager, different coach, different players on the roster, even different arena/city/state...there is nothing about these Nets from more than 4 years ago that has anything to do with the Nets of today.
And sure...they have to compete with other teams. Have never said otherwise. I am disputing your assertion that the Nets "can't beat the Lakers when AD is back". There is no evidence whatsoever to support the idea that the Nets can't beat the Lakers when both teams are at full strength.

Look at the data, look at the history

They only beat LA once lately, and that's last month. Except that, the record is a landslide
