Definately China in terms for milking the full canto value.
Gosh look at the hero welcome Meng is getting. This is for domestic consumption, canto victory at its finest.
What has China won?
What is Huawei threat to the US compared to 3 years ago? What is Meng value to the US now?

Xiaomi Has taken over as the number 1 smartphone maker in the world. All the Huawei phone buyers are switching to Xiaomi. But Huawei is still the world leader in 5G.

Meng was a canadian resident, and holds HK passport, makes her billions from the government guanxi. Not very patriotic and not a good position to be with the new culture revolution going on.
She has no value after CPC finisih milking her for nationalism.
