Actually not Indians but rich tai tai who visited dance clubs. Some locals will have it, that "dance instructors" from Shenzhen were ferried by speed boat for these tai tai. Singapore with 5.6 million people now has 60,000 cases of covid-19, while Vietnam with population of 100 million people, has 1600 cases.

Vietnam has done a great job with controlling the pandemic, what is your point?
Singapore covid-19 cases 58,200+, death 29 is lower than Vietnam.
We all know the low death rate in Singapore is due to early detection through contact tracing, and also Singapore top healthcare system not being overwhelmed.
That doesn't take away Vietnam is doing a good job but
