Actually not Indians but rich tai tai who visited dance clubs.

Some locals will have it, that "dance instructors" from Shenzhen were ferried by speed boat for these tai tai.

Quote:
Hong Kong coronavirus fourth wave: so the show must go on for dance clubs?

In her fourth policy address, Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor told the Legislative Council that the government would “spare no effort in achieving zero infections”. If so, why are dance studios still open when the bars, saunas and bathhouses are shut, especially when they are not the source of this latest outbreak?

Vietnam has done a great job with controlling the pandemic, what is your point?

Singapore covid-19 cases 58,200+, death 29 is lower than Vietnam.

We all know the low death rate in Singapore is due to early detection through contact tracing, and also Singapore top healthcare system not being overwhelmed.

That doesn't take away Vietnam is doing a good job but

Yeah meh
