Yao Ming had arrived Johannesburg, the largest city in South Africa, yesterday.

Here are 2 photos of him arriving at the airport. He looked tanned and tired.

Does Yao Ming have body guards traveling with him? He needs this protection since he is rich and famous.

It's pretty safe for the rich in South Africa. Just this week, the police killed 34 rioting platinum miners. They fired into the crowd and bodies piled up quickly.

As long as Yao doesn't go where the poor people work, it's fine.
