Size-wise they are the 2nd, and India is the 3rd. But that doesn't mean ANYTHING. They are still a 3rd or 4th world country.

China has the 45th highest mean and median wealth per adult in the world, compared with Cambodia, which is 123rd. The mean and median wealth per adult in China is 10x that of Cambodia, Laos and East Timor. What are you basing your assertion on?

Sure, communist China become rich and have a lot lot of wealth. But they don't have ANY freedom. They are in very serious situation. People are quietly expressing a deep longing for freedom. Even Cambodia and East Timor are better than China now.

UIUC is on the top 10 list of engineering, especially ECE and CS.

Nunn also played in CA D-league for a year before the burst.

Am guessing Nunn wasn't an engineering student. And his degree is from Oakland University.

He played three years at UIUC and leads Heat to No. 1 in the East now.

What does that have to do with being a 4th world country?

I'm disputing the notion that UIUC is an "elite school" like Harvard.

Of course UIUC is as elite as Harvard.

Countries without freedom only are listed at the bottom of the world. The worst ones can be called the 4th-world.

UIUC admissions acceptance rate is 62%. Harvard's is 5%.

UIUC endowment is US$3.46B. Harvard's is US$40.9B.

UIUC is not even close to being elite like Harvard.
