Probably a good sign that he will play in Asia this year...

So Jay seems very close to Joe Tsai the new only owner of the Nets. He spend time with him the summer he is thrown out of the league... Hope Jay is preparing something , like playing in the CBA then be sign by the Nets for the Playoffs.

Doubtful. Only way the Nets consider it at this point is if they are decimated by injury at guard...

Beijing Ducks offered JLin $3,000,000/season.
I got a feeling that's where Lin will play next.

Personally think Jeremy and his management team is playing the WAITING GAME.
That rumor had been flowing around for more than 2 weeks, but Jeremy had yet to accept the offer.
Given his experience and skills and popularity/markeability in China, I think he might think the US$ 3M offer is A BIT LOW, given the NBA reject Zhou Qi signed for 20M RMB for Xinjiang, and the Dominican Angel Del Gado who can't even make it to the rotation roster of LA Clippers was signed at a record breaking US$ 4.3 Million by Beikon Royal Fighers (to be coached by Stephon Marbury).
