Tsai was an avid pickup basketball player at Yale and has been a significant NBA fan for years. His business career has taken him from New York to Asia through the past three decades."

I went to the same high school as Joe...he was 1 year ahead of me. Am hoping that some friends have kept in touch with him and we can go to Nets games together soon...

The guy in the same T-shirt as Cheng Ho aka Kai-Cheng Ho is his close friend/business partner Charles Chen Chien-chou Blackie 陈建州 , a famous Taiwanese television host, actor, basketball club manager and entrepreneur, who used to be a basketball player too, representing Taiwan in interational games/tournament.
