Wow if this is true. Porter will be advanced 50% of his yearly salary by oct 1st each season, plus a 15 % trade kicker, and last year is a player option,
Marks doing his best to try to stop wizards from matching

Last year, Nets offered two scrubs max dollars... and neither player signed with the Nets. This year they offered Otto insane amount of money, yet the Wizards matched. Nets are screwed.

I thought last year was the same thing...offered max dollars to RFAs but their teams matched the offers? So it's not like they offered a ton of money and the players just refused...they signed, but their teams matched.
