it would be nice if Lin was a starter, all star, and lead CNT to a Gold medal

Lin isn't getting 30 minutes on this team off the bench. Lin chose this team and that was never going to be the situation

but Lin has gotten his chances, he definitely hasn't been screwed like past years and this is what he signed up for

phil was responding to nonsense from nigbutt about voodoo dolls wishing injury on teammates so Lin can sneak in 4 more minutes a game which is Full Canto

Well, if that Direct**** bothered to check, he would have known what he said about Jeremy Lamb and Brian Roberts are in pecking order AHEAD of Jeremy is ABSOLUTELY ****** !!!

WITH OR WITHOUT players injuries, Jeremy got minutes EVEN MORE THAN starter PJ Hairston !!!

Jeremy loaded 26.9 minutes per game vs Jeremy Lamb's 20.8 mpg, PJ Hairston's 19.5 mpg, Brian Roberts' 11.1 mpg.....

And MORE THAN OFTEN, UNLESS it's garbage time, Jeremy stayed to play in 4Q (when the game was close and on the line) more than any of the above players (Jeremy Lamb, Brian Roberts and PJ Hairston).

Excluding MKG's 29.3 mpg in only 7 games played, Jeremy's play minutes per game ranked just behind Kemba Walker (35.8 mpg), Nicolas Batum (35.3 mpg), Marvin Williams' (29.1 mpg) !!!

Yeah I get that, and we all know nig is a moron ha. Maybe you're right in having too high of expectations as a huge fan of Lin/Asian Am athletes lol. I'm really curious though how the rest of the season unfolds for the Hornets/Lin and what his decision will be in the offseason...

Lin still getting no calls from black refs. In this game, of the 3 refs, there were two black refs.

If you watch this clip. at @4:45, you'll see Lin's only foul call. The two black refs ignores the foul, while the one non-black ref makes the call. The black ref under the rim was supposed to make that call, but he just ignores it.

Black refs are the reason why Harden gets so many free throws... and why Lin can no longer attack the rim because he won't get the calls.

Take a look at minutes played. Lin is 4th on the team. Lamb is 9th, Roberts is 11th.

Phil, while this is true, Lin's comparatively high number of minutes is directly due to injuries of the other players. It would've been nice to see Lin consistently get at least 25-30 minutes even if everyone was healthy, which as say before last game, wasn't the case.

With everyone healthy, Lin would still be higher than Lamb and Roberts in minutes and minutes per game. The notion that he is behind Lamb and Roberts in the rotation is stupid.

Coach Clifford has shown that he will go with whoever is playing well. Lin is the backup PG/SG, so if the starters are playing well, he'll get regular back-up minutes. That's what he signed up for, and he's done a great job at maintaining the coaches' trust, which has resulted in his being on the court at the end of games most of the time.

Sure, it would be great if he was the starter and got to play 30+ minutes consistently...but as long as he's being treated fairly by his coaches and teammates, I have no issues with how he's being used. There is no short leash on mistakes or head-scratching subbing him out when he's playing well like we've seen on the Rockets and the Lakers.
