Pre-Season Game Thread.
The Rockets and Pacers start a 2 game Tour Asia. First Stop: The Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Phillippines.
As Pacers play as the Home team as they face the Rockets Thursday 10/10/2013 - 7:30 AM EST.
The pre-season is well on their way, as the rockets got a taste of how good their starters could be. They dominated early against the Pelicans, but the bench could not hold on, resulting in a 116-115 Loss.
The Pacers also managed a loss in their first pre-season game as they fell victim to the return of Derrick Rose and the bulls. Rose sat out all of last season recovering from a torn ACL injury. The Game had the aura of a game 1 playoff game, and was physical throughout.
Last Year in the Regular season, The Pacers Swept the Rockets in the 2 games they faced each other.

[color=darkred]5 points from James Harden. 3 points from Patrick Beverley from the corner; 2 points for a fast break dunk from Terrence Jones.
As expected, Patrick Beverley needed not do much about orgainzing the offense. Just bring the ball up the half court, passed to James Harden to initiate offense.[/color][/size]

- Patrick Beverley: 7 points/2 assists
- Dwight Howard: 6 points/1 rebound/1 block shot
