Does Mitch Kupchak see Yao as the main focus and the most important player on the team? Are they building around yao instead of T Mac? Is Yao going to be the undisputed leader on the team?

Because he has mentioned Kobe already, a player is similar to Lebron. But Yao is a center. Any team would love to get a star in 5 position.
