3-point play by Big Yao.....

Then another dunk !!

48 vs 43.......

THAT is how they need to be passing to Yao...not like AB is doing, passing to Yao in the highpost hoping he will be bailed out

The Rockets need to step up their defense. 50 point on 51% shooting is a little too high for the Rockets to concede. They need to clamp down defensively in the 3rd quarter.

:00.8 POR - B. Roy drives to the hoop for a layup

1H ended......50 vs 43.... 7 points behind.

Things not looking too good.

Even though both teams shot with about same FG% (Houston 51.4FG%, Portland: 52.5 FG%), and the Rockets out-rebounded and out-assisted the TrailBlazers, their turnovers were too high (9 vs 4) and the TrailBlazers shot the 3-pointers much more accurate than the Rockets (4/7 3-pointers versus 1/5 3-pointers).

That explained the 7 points deficit.

Yao looks a bit slow this game. Maybe due to playing too much the previous game.

Don't know what you're watching but Luis Scola has been consistent in all 5 games. Yao only had 2 good game.

Yao has been able to alter shots and draw fouls from them.
