		<description>I'm sure when asked, Yao would definitely consider sacrificing his pay.  But T-Mac is still the highest paid Rocket at 21 mil.  And he doesn't have to contribute any to the Chinese sports federation.</description>

		<description>If I were Yao, I would voluntarily give up a portion of my salary just to keep Artest in Huston for a couple of years so that the Rockets will be competivie all the time. Yao makes enough money off court anyway, so a small cut doesn't mean much to him, but it would mean a lot to Artest. Trust me, Artest is exactly the kind of player that Yao and T-Mac need to become a contender. Someone has to pass on the suggestion to Yao somehow, for his own good of course. I am sure Artest will make Yao and T-Mac look good and feel good for a long time.</description>
