John, thank you for your explanation.

The NBA is a reputed and authoritative organization in the world and therefore should make decisions and act logically. If it insists on acting illogically, it will have bad impact on the younger generation. We do not want our next generaton to hehave illogically, right?

why is Houston with better results behind the Jazz in the Divisional Standidng?

All division leaders are guaranteed one of the top 4 spots, regardless of tie-breakers. But just like last year, if the Rockets' record is better than Utah's and they are seeded fifth while the Jazz are fourth, then Houston would have homecourt advantage in their playoff series. So it's just like finishing fourth. It's screwy, but hopefully the NBA will get rid of this playoff seeding system next year and base seedings entirely on records because this system is confusing to people. -- John

Wow, this was the game I thought -probably like many others, that the Rockets would be blown off the court! Instead like you said - they played one of the best games this season. And they did it without Yao and Battier. Very convincing and satisfactory win indeed. Hope they could play at this level in the playoffs.
