Some big change is needed now. R A's coaching style is not inspiring these players. They are listless in most lose games recently. They need some one can kick ass. Yao and McGrady are not leaders or unable to lead. R A completely lost his touch. As he did in later King's days. Right now Yao is at or near his peak, if there is any hope for a title it should be these two years. They won't go to play-off if they keep playing like this. Just like you said they soon will lose many fans. People get pissed not just because they lost because they didn't fight at all. Big Yao included. He got 6 boards only on Raptor. What a pathetic performance especially considering a large Asian fan cheering in Toronto. Same happened at Oakland game I was there. Yao will start losing many Asian fan as well.
