		<description>It's obvious that if Adelman comes, he will have to change his style at least a bit for Yao. Yao is a very good passer, but he is not Vlade Divac or Chris Webber. Adelman is not on the top of my wishlist for rockets coach, I would have preferred Rick Carlisle or Mike Fratello but if we were to hire them we should probably have kept Van Gundy.</description>

		<description>What worries me is that the front office supposedly wants a faster tempo than JVG's coaching style would allow (hence Rick Adelman). Which, if true, is a little ill-advised (to say the least) when you have a 7'5 300-pound center as one of your best weapons.</description>
